NITC Louisiana Master Plumber Exam Preparation  

The examination consists of a (3) three -part written exam.  
a. Part I of the examination is three (3) hours and is based on the following materials: 
• 2015 International Plumbing Code  
• 2015 International Residential Code  
• Louisiana Title 17: Construction (December 2019) 
b. Part II of the examination is two (2) hours and is based on the following material: 
• Title 51 Public Health Sanitary Code (Part 13 
c. 
Part III of the examination is two (2) hours and is based on the following material: 
• NASCLA Louisiana Master Plumbers and Master Natural Gasfitters Guide to Business, Law, and 
Project Management, 2nd Edition
