Introduction The Division of Utility Contractors of the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board was created by the Georgia legislature to protect the public by taking steps to ensure that Utility Managers are competent in their profession. To achieve this goal, minimum standards and requirements were established by the Board for entry into the profession. Passing an examination is one of the requirements for obtaining a Utility Manager License
